Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Please note that custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun. If your order has already shipped, you may be eligible for a return under our Return Policy.
