This Winter period has been extremely busy, and we’ve sold out several times faster than expected. This means some orders may experience a short delay leaving our farm warehouse. We’ve already emailed anyone affected, and this was also noted at checkout and in your confirmation emails.

PetJet products sell out quickly, and some items require extra safety checks before dispatch. Alongside this, we've faced delays and under forecasted due to growth being high and had to now invest further into more stock arrving which has extended some delivery times. We are on the mends as a small business and now building slowly!

What to do if you're waiting?

1. Contact Us Directly
Reach out to us via email support@thepetjetco.com and our small lovely team will respond within 24 hours with an update and an accurate ETA for your delivery! We’re monitoring every order closely, so you’ll always know exactly where things stand. There's nothing to worry about.

2. Need to Cancel? We Can Handle It Instantly
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, you’re welcome to request a full cancellation and refund. We can process this for you quickly and directly — no need to go through your bank, which can take significantly longer and often involves unnecessary back‑and‑forth between you. We’ll take care of everything on our side if that’s what you'd prefer.

We know waiting can feel endless, especially when you’re excited for your PetJet order to arrive. Depending on your situation, we’re offering complimentary freebies, delivery‑fee refunds, or other small gestures of appreciation to make up for the inconvenience. Processing & Dispatch Time

Due to recent restocks and exceptionally high order volumes, some orders experienced a slight delay in dispatch time. We are now nearing the end of this backlog and actively fulfilling all remaining orders to return to our usual processing times. Dispatch can be between 2-3 working days
