How does PetJet heat the water?

Depending on which PetJet, the electric systems draw from your existing cold-water tap feed and heat it instantly as it passes through, giving you steady warm water on demand—no tank, no waiting.

What's included with each system?

Every system ships with wall mount fittings, hose connectors, manual and some PetJet's also get random free gifts! If you order a kit, you get up to 5 free gifts, shower head, 2 hosepipes, free delivery and much more. Some boxes might have abit of mud on too!

Can I use PetJet on both dogs and horses?

Yes—every PetJet is built for both. The Pro, Gas and Portable ranges are especially popular in stables and yards.

Do you offer installation?

We don't offer installations ourselves. All PetJet's come with step by step manuals and accessories needed to install. All PetJet's are very easy to set up. You may need a professional electrician, DIY expert or plumber to install a Pro or home wall shower for you if you're unsure.
