At Pet Jet, we ship worldwide. Below are the details of our updated shipping process and policies, including a temporary dispatch update.

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • UK: 5–7 days

  • EU: 5–7 days

  • International (USA / CAN / AUS / ROW): 5–7 days

Please note: All shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location, courier delays, or customs processing.


Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If you have not pre‑ordered a product and do not receive tracking details within 7 business days after dispatch, please contact us! support@thepetjetco.com


Change of Address

We cannot change the delivery address once an order has been fulfilled. If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@thepetjetco.com.


Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue by issuing a replacement or processing a refund.

Please provide photos of any damaged items and packaging to support your claim.


Cancellations

If you change your mind before your order is dispatched, we are happy to accept cancellations. If your order has already been dispatched, cancellations cannot be made.
