At Pet Jet, we ship worldwide. Below are the details of our updated shipping process and policies, including a temporary dispatch update.

Processing & Dispatch Time

Due to recent restocks and exceptionally high order volumes, some orders experienced a slight dispatch delay. We are now nearing the end of this backlog and actively fulfilling all remaining orders to return to our usual processing times. Some products may be stated for Pre Order with a clear ETA stated before ordering. 

Estimated Shipping Times (After Dispatch)

• UK: 3–5 business days

• EU: 5–7 business days

• International (USA / CAN / AUS / ROW): 5–7 business days

Please note: All shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location, courier delays, or customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If you have not pre‑ordered a product and do not receive tracking details within 7 business days after dispatch, please contact us.

Change of Address

We cannot change the delivery address once an order has been fulfilled. If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@thepetjetco.com.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue by issuing a replacement or processing a refund.

Please provide photos of any damaged items and packaging to support your claim.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before your order is dispatched, we are happy to accept cancellations. If your order has already been dispatched, cancellations cannot be made.
