We ship from our Cheshire farm with love and care. You’ll get tracking info the moment your order leaves our hands—and probably a muddy paw print on the box. 

Important reminder: You might of pre ordered a product if we were sold out. Always check first. On the very rare occasion you feel like you're missing an item - don't worry! Sometimes due to sizings we may ship your order in two separate boxes. One will follow the other and will all be with you in no time.

Got Jet Lag? If your PetJet doesn’t jet the joy you expected, no hard feelings. We accept returns within 30 days for same condition products in original packaging.
