How do I use my PetJet? Each device comes with a quick-start guide and access to our demo video. It’s plug, pump, and paw-splash easy. Go into each product page and read through all the steps. You'll find videos on there also. 

Can I use PetJet on all dog breeds? Yep! From muddy mutts to posh poodles, the PetJet works on any fur type. Adjustable pressure and pet-safe temperature make it spa-day-safe. Works on any other animals too. 

Does PetJet heat the water? Yes. All showers comes with built-in temperature control. Warm water, calm dog, less chaos.

• UK Standard Delivery: 2–3 business days

• UK Next Day: Available on orders placed before 1pm

• Europe: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–14 business days

We ship from our Cheshire farm with love and care. Or from our big warehouse in Nothern Ireland. You’ll get tracking info the moment your order leaves our hands—and probably a muddy pawprint on the box.

Important reminder: You might of pre ordered a product if we were sold out. Always check first. 

↩️ Returns & Refunds

Got Jet Lag? If your PetJet doesn’t jet the joy you expected, no hard feelings. We accept returns within 30 days for unused products in original packaging. (Unless they are sold as ex demo models).

Contact support@thepetjetco.com with your order number and reason for return—we’ll guide you through it.

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving your returned item. Easy as fetch.
