This New Year Sale's period has been extremely busy for our small business, and we’ve sold out several times faster than expected. This means some orders may experience a short delay leaving our farm warehouse. We’ve already emailed anyone affected, and this was also noted at checkout and in your confirmation emails.

PetJet products sell out quickly, and some items require extra safety checks before dispatch. Alongside this, our courier partners — including Royal Mail, FedEx, and DPD — are experiencing seasonal delays, which has extended some delivery times.

We are investing into next day deliveries coming very soon! Clear and accurate ETA's of your order are given on each product and updated daily so you are always aware.

2. Need to Cancel? We Can Handle It Instantly
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, you’re welcome to request a full cancellation and refund. We can process this for you quickly and directly — no need to go through your bank, which can take significantly longer and often involves unnecessary back‑and‑forth between you. We’ll take care of everything on our side if that’s what you'd prefer.

Depending on your situation, we’re offering complimentary freebies, delivery‑fee refunds, or other small gestures of appreciation to make up for the inconvenience. Processing & Dispatch Time

Due to recent restocks and exceptionally high order volumes, some orders experienced a slight delay in dispatch time. We are now nearing the end of this backlog and actively fulfilling all remaining orders to return to our usual processing times.
