Returns & Refunds

By placing an order through PetJet. You are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. 

A. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

B. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, please email support@thepetjetco.com . Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return label, which helps us keep our product prices fair while also allowing you to choose your preferred courier and tracked delivery service for a safe and secure return.

Once the order is received and it's accepted within our 30 Day Return Policy then you will be issued a refund.

C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

D. EXCHANGES

If you would to exchange an item please email us within 30 days of receiving to support@thepetjetco.com . 

E. RESTOCKING FEE 

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns. There are no additional charges for you accept the label for returning it to us. Which is a small amount chosen by yourself. 

F. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your approved return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
