Returns & Refunds
By placing an order through PetJet. You are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to domestic (UK) country.
A. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
B. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, please tap here to start your request in our returns portal Once your return is delivered & accepted, your refund will be with you within 5 business days. If you wish to return the order you must pay the return delivery fee yourself. All details are within the portal. Once your return is approved you will have the option to choose how you wish to return your item.
Once the order is received and it's accepted within our 30 Day Return Policy then you will be issued a refund.
Important Disclaimer:
If you purchase and would like to return a Shower Mini within the 30 day period and the reason for returning is due to a temperature / pressure issue we do not accept returns and refunds. As stated across the product page before your purchase, the mini cannot control your mains water flow. It's designed to simply turn freezing cold water from a tap to a gentle warmth for your beloved companion. It's portable, affordable and a great option to have. If you are after a higher pressure and bigger shower - we recommend our other showers. Please always read descriptions before purchase so that you choose the right product for you.
C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
D. EXCHANGES
If you would to exchange an item please head to our returns portal above where you can choose exchange.
E. RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns. There are no additional charges for you accept the label for returning it to us. Which is a small amount.
F. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your approved return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
