Mixed‑standard countries
Some countries use multiple plug types depending on region or building age:
-
Israel → Mostly Type H, but many sockets accept EU Type C.
-
Malaysia → Officially Type G (UK plug).
-
Philippines → Mix of USA (A/B) and EU (C).
-
South Africa → Old Type M + new Type N; neither match UK/EU/US/AUS exactly.
-
UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain → Mostly UK Type G, but EU Type C is also common in hotels and new builds.
- Adapters can be used and fitted onto your plug just make sure the voltage in your country is the same as the plug you choose.
